Manincor Winery
„Man-in-cor“ - roughly means ‘Hand on heart’ and can still be seen on the facade of the manor house. A region made for special wines. The wide, gently sloping and sun-drenched hills above Lake Kaltern, right on the famous wine road. In the centre, there is the estate’s historical building, dating back to 1608 and carefully expanded through the barely visible new wine cellar hidden under vines. Manincor stands for tradition and high standards in wine culture. The natural diversity of the sites, the rich soil, perfectly exposed vineyards, the special microclimate, the craftsmanship and the uncompromising striving for quality by Count Michael Goëss Enzenberg, form the basis for unique wines.
Our sites - Lieben Aich, Campan, Mazzon and Manincor, our most valuable asset. A total of 50 hectares of vineyards situated between Terlan and Kaltern, and that have been cultivated and carefully selected over centuries. Suitable for the highest demands. The new wine cellar, which is largely underground, ensures perfect conditions for the storage of high quality win. Natural ventilation, the use of geothermal heat as well as a gentle vinification based on natural gravity give Manincor's wines elegance and power.
