Welcome to the Premstalerhof!
A beautiful view to the Oltradige valley, strong mountains in the back and beautiful vineyards all around - our farm house is located on a hill in the nice district of Oberplanitzing, next the village centre of Kaltern and not too far from the lake. A very special stretch of land where to find the best from North and South.
In the middle of the vineyards and fruit orchards it is pretty quiet. On beautiful days the view sweeps towards the beutiful mountain peaks and the valley as well as to our beloved swimming pool.
However it is not that far to the village centre - if you are looking for events and entertainment.

Refined colour accents remind of the herbs and blossoms in our garden and give an individual touch. Large windows let the nature come a little bit closer and offer a great panorami view. Balconies and terraces given the chance to spend lots of time outdoors. Because we are located amidst vineyards, there is a wine cabinet in each apartment.
